John H. Ross Jr.
CEO/Founder
John is the CEO of Meridian Geomatics, LLC and has more than 40 years of survey experience, and is licensed in Arizona, Nevada, California, New Mexico and Utah. He started Meridian Geomatics in 2020 after serving as the Director of Survey for WHPacific in the Phoenix, Arizona, and Walnut Creek, California offices since 2016. John brings a well-rounded survey background having managed multi-million-dollar survey contracts and a large staff of up to 20 field crews and associated office staff. John has experience across many industries including Transportation, Residential, Commercial, Mining, Energy (gas and electrical transmission and distribution), and Environmental.

Issac is one of our Field Surveyors here at Meridian Geomatics and he has more than 20 years of survey experience. Issac is a detailed-driven Field Surveyor who makes sound decisions to align with a project’s vision, value, and goals, and who has been commended for a proven ability to maintain poise in difficult situations with problem-solving, planning, and team-building skills.

HOW IT ALL GOT STARTED
Our CEO, John Ross, has been in this industry for 40+ years. It all started when his dad would take him along to work sites and teach him the ins and outs of the industry. John's knowledge expanded, even more, when he picked up a summer job in surveying and mapping in Nevada. Once John had enough experience to take the State Board test (he passed the first time, of course).
Then the rest is history!
